No Refund Policy

At EduCut, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality programming, training, and community-based health education experiences. Due to the nature of our planning, resource allocation, and partnership commitments, all payments made to EduCut are non-refundable.
 
1. Community Events, Workshops, and Training Sessions
All registration fees for EduCut-hosted events, workshops, trainings, or speaking engagements are final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of a participant's ability to attend or complete the event.
 
2. Sponsorships and Vendor Participation
All fees paid for sponsorships, vendor booths, or marketing opportunities at EduCut events are non-refundable. Once confirmed, your contribution is allocated toward event logistics, promotion, and community outreach, and cannot be reversed.
 
3. Educational Materials and Digital Products
All sales of physical or digital materials (e.g., toolkits, guides, downloadable content) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any materials once purchased.
 
4. Cancellations or Postponements
If EduCut cancels or reschedules an event, we will offer registered participants the option to transfer their registration to a future program. However, no refunds will be issued.
 
5. Policy Acknowledgment
By registering for an event, purchasing a product, or submitting payment for any EduCut service, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
